Our impact on the community would not be possible without your gifts, time and support. Together we are creating the change we all want to see in our city.

2025 Impact

Every statistic carries a story. 69 Families found new or better employment opportunities, 99% of ELI families improved/stabilized housing, 1431 coaching sessions completed, 33 parents completed FLIP classes, 40 moms participated in Active Parenting classes.

2024 Impact

With each Thrive Coach working with 25–30 families each month, we served 203 families in 2024. These families are securing better employment, achieving stable housing, and breaking cycles of generational poverty.

In August 2024, we celebrated the graduation of 17 program participants. Twenty-four individuals launched businesses with support from BCI, ELI's business incubator, and 59 completed FLIP, ELI's financial literacy program, equipping them with tools for long-term economic success.  And these are just a few of the numbers we are happy to share!

2023 Impact

169 families served, 92% of ELI families improved/stabilized housing, 994 coaching sessions completed, 88% of ELI families improved their financial stability, $19,391 in utility assistance, 612 trips to the food market feeding 1740, 26 participants with HUSTLE Micro-grants of $1000 each
